Company name, headquarters location, manufacturing site locations, website, company telephone, company email, ownership structure and parent group, employee numbers, production capacity, share of production in Italy, annual turnover band, export share band, largest contract band, product categories supplied, equipment focus, lead times, available capacity, international project experience, operational constraints, certifications held (ISO, CE, ASME, IEC), and any documents you upload.
About you as our contact
Your name, job title, mobile telephone number, email address, and your preferred language for follow-up.
Most of the information requested concerns your organisation rather than you personally. The personal data we collect about you is limited to your professional contact details and role.
Documents you upload
Certificates, credentials decks, case studies and any other files you choose to attach. Please do not upload documents containing personal data about individuals other than yourself unless it is necessary for your registration.
We use this information to:
LEGAL BASIS: We process this information on the basis of our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR. These interests include identifying, assessing and engaging suitably qualified suppliers; managing our procurement and supply-chain activities; maintaining appropriate supplier records; and communicating with suppliers regarding current and future business opportunities. Where appropriate, information may also be shared with Nebula Energy for these purposes.
We have considered the nature of the information collected, the purposes for which it is used, and the reasonable expectations and privacy rights of the individuals concerned. We only process information that is reasonably necessary for these business purposes and take appropriate measures to protect it.
I confirm that I have read and understood the Privacy Notice and understand that the personal information provided in connection with this supplier registration will be processed only for the purposes described in the Privacy Notice, including but not limited to supplier assessment, procurement activities and communications regarding current and future business opportunities.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
Supplier registration information is stored on servers located in Germany. As SEGI and Nebula Energy are established in the United States, we rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, where applicable, to provide an appropriate mechanism for data sharing.

We retain supplier registration data for 24 months from your last interaction with us, after which it is deleted or anonymised unless a contractual or legal obligation requires us to keep it longer.
If your organisation becomes an active supplier, your records are retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and for three (3) years afterwards, in line with applicable accounting and contractual record-keeping requirements

We do not make decisions about your organisation solely by automated means. Supplier assessment is carried out by our procurement and engineering teams.
Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored on access-controlled systems. Access is limited to personnel with a business need.
